Do we need to replace our existing ERP system?
Not necessarily. In many cases, the existing system can be retained and connected to an ASP through an available interface or an additional integration module. The system’s technical capabilities and the quality of the stored data should be assessed first.
Which ERP systems can be integrated?
Integration is possible with enterprise ERP platforms, accounting software, and custom-built systems. The integration method depends on the available APIs, supported data exchange formats, and the technical capabilities of the selected ASP.
What data needs to be prepared?
You will need seller and buyer details, information about goods or services, tax codes, amounts, dates, and other mandatory e-invoice fields. Before integration, we review the data for completeness and accuracy.
What happens if an error is detected in an invoice?
The system should return a processing status or error message. The data is then corrected, and the invoice is regenerated and resubmitted in line with the established process.
