F A Q
How can I determine whether my company is ready for e-invoicing?
Readiness depends on your invoice issuance and receipt processes, data quality, accounting system capabilities, and ability to integrate with an Accredited Service Provider (ASP). As part of our assessment, we review each area and identify the changes required.
What does the e-invoicing readiness assessment include?
We review your document workflows, accounting and IT systems, data structure, volume of B2B and B2G transactions, and existing tax control processes. You receive a clear overview of identified risks and the steps required to prepare.
Will we need to replace our accounting or ERP system?
Not necessarily. In many cases, the existing system can be configured and connected to an ASP. The best approach depends on the system’s technical capabilities and the quality of the data it contains.
Can we complete the readiness assessment before selecting an ASP?
Yes. An initial assessment helps define your technical and operational requirements, making it easier to select the right provider, functionality, and integration model for your business.
What will our company receive after the assessment?
You will receive an evaluation of your current readiness, a list of identified gaps, and a step-by-step implementation roadmap. This may include process improvements, data preparation, ASP selection, system integration, testing, and staff training.
