Baku, Azerbaijan — Aref Ali Alabbar, Emirati businessman with extensive experience in international investment and real estate development, arrived in Baku on a working visit to explore one of the region's most ambitious projects — Sea Breeze.

Sea Breeze is one of the largest resort and residential developments on the Caspian Sea coast, located in close proximity to the Azerbaijani capital. During the visit, Mr. Alabbar met with project owner and developer Emin Agalarov, where both sides discussed the current state of the project and prospects for cooperation.

The negotiations took place in the context of advancing strategic partnerships between investors from the UAE and GCC countries and promising large-scale development projects at the international level.

Following the talks, both parties reached mutual understanding and preliminary agreements. The next step will be formalizing these through official agreements and Memoranda of Understanding, expected to be signed in the near term.
