F A Q
What documents do I need to provide for a legal consultation in the UAE?
Please provide documents directly related to your matter: contracts, corporate documents, correspondence, official notices or any previous decisions. You can also send a brief description of the situation and indicate the outcome you want to achieve. After an initial review, our legal team will request any additional information if needed.
How much do a legal consultation and further support cost?
The initial introductory consultation is free of charge. A paid consultation with a lawyer starts from AED 535. The cost of further support depends on the nature and complexity of the matter, the volume of documentation and the scope of legal services required.
Do you work with foreign nationals and non-residents of the UAE?
Yes. Make Fortune works with UAE residents, foreign nationals, international business owners and clients based outside the country. Consultations and document exchange are conducted remotely, so most legal matters can be handled without the client being physically present. If your presence in the UAE is required at a certain stage, we will let you know in advance.
In which languages are legal consultations available?
Legal consultations are available in English, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Kazakh or Chinese, depending on the client’s preference and the nature of the matter. Our team explains the legal position and recommended actions in clear, practical terms. For submission to UAE courts or government authorities, official documents may need to be prepared in Arabic or accompanied by a certified Arabic translation.
Can you represent my interests before UAE government authorities or courts?
Yes. Make Fortune holds its own licence to provide legal services in the UAE, so all support is handled by our legal team. We represent clients before government authorities, prepare the necessary documents, handle communications and support court proceedings in accordance with UAE law. If representation requires a power of attorney or other authorisation, we will explain the requirements and help you arrange the documents.
